 | 1. Remove one catalyst paste and one base paste from the system box and mix the two together by rolling and kneading in your hand for approximately 45 seconds until well blended into one uniform colour. Make sure there are no white streaks. The material will begin to harden if mixed for more than 1 minute. |
 | Roll out the material the width of the tray. Press the material and shape into the tray. |
 | 2. Take the loaded tray and place over the upper teeth. Teeth should be centred in the impression material. Press firmly and with your fingers so you can feel the material flow over your teeth and gums. DO NOT BITE DOWN - just hold in place with your fingers. The impression material will extrude through the holes on the tray. Keep the impression in place for one minute, then remove and rinse in cold water. |
 | 3. Check to make sure that you can see the impressions of your teeth in the impression putty. In case of error, you may use the tray again. An extra package of impression material is included. |
 | 4. Fill out the card located on the inside flap of the system box. This card must be filled out completely and neatly - this is the only means our lab staff has of identifying your impressions! |
 | 5. Put the filled out card and the trays with your impressions in them (DO NOT remove the impressions from the trays) into the envelope located under the black tray in your system box. Add your return address to the envelope and mail. |
 | 6. After the lab processes your impressions, your custom fitted bleaching will be sent back to you. Rinse and dry them thoroughly. Apply one drop of gel about the size of a pinhead into each tooth impression, and then slide the tray onto your teeth. |
